We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Strompuls. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
– Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
– Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
– Items purchased during sales period, discount codes, Cash on Delivery (COD) or No Cost EMI offers
– Bulk Orders (2+ in a single order)
– EV Accessories
3. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@strompuls.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
– Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
4. Shipping Returns:
– we will bear the return shipping costs when the item is defective or incorrect.
– We recommend recording the tracking details and agent details of the shipping partner to prevent any transit losses
5. Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
6. Exchanges:
– If you need to exchange an item for the same or some other product, please contact our Customer Support Team.
